PLEASE NOTE:

An Item will only be returned if the wrong item was shipped to you and the product is in it's original packaging, sealed, maintaining attached tags / delivery tags. The original packaging must not be damaged or defective and must be returned to us for a successful process.

True Melanin Secrets will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of damage / use 

However we allow exchanges. This is only applies within 3 working days since receiving your order.  An exchange is made under the following circumstances;

• A defect in the skincare product (Damaged packaging, leaking product)
• A mix up in your order (Wrong Item Shipped)
• A sold-out item.

PLEASE NOTE: Return shipping fee is the sole responsibility of the client.

REFUNDS

We DO NOT OFFER CASH refunds to facilitate a return.

We will offer instead a gift card of the amount spent minus shipping costs.

SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS WILL NOT UNDER ANY CONDITION BE EXCHANGED, RETURNED OR REFUNDED
