Please read carefully our shipping policy


THE PROCESS:

  1. After placing your order and making payments, you will receive a confirmation email. Kindly reach out if you do not receive an email after payment
  2. Once your payment is verified and order is processed, parcel will be shipped.
  3. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the shipping carrier or be contacted by our riders depending on the delivery method you picked when checking out


PLEASE NOTE:

Carefully check and confirm your address and contact information.

In the event of a failed delivery because you could not be reached your order will be reshipped and you will be charged another shipping fee. 

 


The following delivery options are available at checkout:

  1. Our Pickup Station - Free (You have 5 business days excluding weekends to pick up your item from day of payment or it will be re-sold)

  2. Door Step Delivery via Pickup Mtaani (Nairobi) - Pick your area in the shipping page to see precise price (Monday to Friday. Can be same day or next day delivery)

  3. Outside Nairobi to ALL towns via Easy Coach / Wells Fargo - Ksh 300 (Monday to Friday)

  4. Priority Shipping Under 2 hours within Nairobi - Ksh 1,000 (Monday to Friday)

 

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Orders are shipped within 24-48 HOURS from the time you purchase, apart from pre-order items.

Delivery is paid BEFORE the items are sent out to you.
